  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease an 8- or 9-inch springform pan with oil or melted Country Crock.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  4. Pour in the melted Country Crock and almond milk.
  5. Stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for about 10 minutes before releasing the sides of the pan.
  9. Brush the top with extra melted Country Crock if desired. Slice and serve warm.
